Traditional style villa, cozy and comfortable, great location to enjoy all the conditions and facilities in the area of Areias de S. João in the heart of Albufeira.
The villa was completely rebuilt and redecorated since its acquisition and the owners are keen to continue to maintain a high standard of quality which is one of our differentiated offerings. They are very similar in their lay out as part of an urban set developed according to a criteria of simplicity and functionality. It has a fantastic location and is close to all the necessities for your family or friends.
It is not necessary to have a car. It is jus a few minutes’ walk to the entertainment and leisure venues and the beaches of Oura and Forte. The center of the old town is a few minutes’ walk including along the beach of Forte, which is recommended. Albufeira, is in the middle of the Algarve and close to many places and towns worth checking out. It is served by rail so you can use this medium for visits. Faro airport is only 35 Km away.

"First of all, i would like to say the service we got from Alfredo and Helena (the owners) was the best, from first booking to our return home, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Now on to the villa, well what can i say. The villa is well equipped for all your needs, spacious kitchen with all you need for self-catering. Comfortable living area and nice dining area. There is a nice light camere da letto, Which are very spacious and Also Have Their Own bathroom, Which is very nice. Air conditioning and Wi-fi Which was an added bonus. Now on to the outside. Very nice Also, you get the sun all around the villa When it comes up, with plenty of sun loungers, with outside dinning and Bbq. the and not forgetting the beautiful pool. The villa is in an ideal location to it is in a quiet area but only 5 minutes' walk from the strip and big supermarket and about 20 minutes to the old town. I would highly recommend this villa, and Thank you again to Alfredo and Helena"
